Terms and Conditions for Booking
Book NowBooking Process:
- Use the booking button above to reserve your pottery painting session. Each session lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes. Due to back-to-back bookings, extensions beyond this time are not possible.
Deposit Policy:
- A £10 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your final session cost on the day.
- The £10 deposit is per person, not per booking. If someone from the booking does not turn up, their £10 deposit can not be allocated to the rest of the booking. This protects our business from seat wastage.
- Your booking is only confirmed if the deposit is paid in full. You have 15 minutes to complete the payment, or the booking will be cancelled.
- If the payment fails, please wait 15 minutes and try again.
- The deposit helps protect Space Studio from late cancellations and no-shows.
Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings can be cancelled online using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session start time will receive a full deposit refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will not be eligible for a refund.
- For groups of 20 or more, or where there is exclusive hire of Space, at least 7 days notice is required for cancellation in order to receive a refund of any booking deposits. Cancellations less than 7 days will not receive a refund.
Changes and Modifications:
- Bookings cannot be changed or modified online. For any requests, please email hello@spacestudiomcr.co.uk.
- Requests for changes or modifications made less than 24 hours before your session time cannot be actioned.
- If you wish to move your session with less than 24 hours’ notice, your original booking deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook online.
Group Bookings:
- For tables of more than 6 people, please email hello@spacestudiomcr.co.uk to arrange your session.
- Please do not make separate bookings to accommodate groups larger than 6 as these will be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to restrict maximum group sizes on any day or time at our discretion.
Pot Collection:
- Pots will be ready 10 days after your session date and we keep them for a maximum of 3 weeks after this, meaning that your latest collection date is 5 weeks after your session with us.
- If pots are not collected within 5 weeks after your session will be donated to charity and not available for collection. We do not hold pots longer than this under any circumstance, even upon request.
- Pots can only be collected during our opening hours, as displayed on our website and shop window. Nail studio staff are not able to give Space customers their pots back under any circumstances.
